All orders are shipped out of our workshop in Fond du Lac, WI.
Standard shipping rates: FREE for subscription members, $4.90 flat rate for one time purchases. We ship with USPS and once your package ships it will take 3-7 days to be delivered.
International shipping rates: $10 flat rate for subscription members, one time purchase rate is calculated based on the address provided at checkout. We ship with USPS, international shipping is hard for us to give an estimated shipping time. We usually see shipments taking 7-21 days for international delivery.
Returns
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. To start a return, you can lookup your order here. Shipping cost is non refundable. Once your item is returned the return shipping cost will be deducted from the return amount.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items, gift cards or customized items.

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
